How long does the shipping take?
Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order is shipped you will be notified via e-mail.
International orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive by post.
Inner-European post normally takes around 1 - 1,5 weeks.
Orders are shipped via Global Registered Mail (TNT Post/ PostNL). If your order size is above € 50,-, then we will add a Track & Trace Code to your package for free.

Are there any shipping costs?
No. We don't think you should be punished for ordering online. If you order your BeeSleeve online, we will send out your order for FREE!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! You can order from anywhere in the world. We have posted sleeves to all continents (except Antarctica!). Also for international orders, the shipping costs are covered by us! Order our products now with free worldwide shipping.
For deliveries outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Small goods usually do not go through customs and you will not have to pay any further fees. However, customs policies vary widely from country to country so, if outside the EU, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account.

Are your products in stock?
Do not worry, we at CoverBee love clarity. At our product pages we indicate if a product is not in stock. In this case you won't be able to order it. Should there still be a delivery time, then this will be clearly indicated at the product page.
How can I pay for my sleeve online?
We offer two different forms of paying for your online orders:
PayPal/ Credit Card
You can pay with PayPal at CoverBee.
Through PayPal you can safely pay your online purchase, without sharing your bank or Credit Card details with us.
With PayPal you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card like: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
iDEAL (Dutch bank accounts)
Dutch Customer? You can pay with iDEAL at CoverBee.
Through iDEAL you can safely pay your online purchase. iDEAL is directly linked to the internet banking of your bank (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING/Postbank, Rabobank SNS Bank or SNS Regio Bank). This way you can fast, safely and easy pay your order via your own bank.
MisterCash/ Bancontact (Belgian bank accounts)
Belgian customer? You can pay with MisterCash/ Bancontact at CoverBee.
Bancontact or Mister Cash are Belgian payment cards. MisterCash get more popular every day in Belgium. The use of it is very easy, fast and above all save and reliable.
You can pay with SOFORT Banking at CoverBee.
SOFORT Banking is the direct payment method of SOFORT AG. SOFORT Banking has been certified by the largest German quality and security institute, the TÜV, according to best-practice data privacy standards. There is no need for an additional registration or a credit card. It works simply, secure and fast with your online banking account.

What if I can't change my delivery address on PayPal?
We will always use the delivery address filled in by you in the Address field on our order form, so no worries!

Option 2: Calculate which size you need:
You can calculate the perfect size you require. Do this by measuring the size of your device first:
- Put your device in front of you and measure the width, height and thickness.
Example: 39 cm x 31 cm x 3,4 cm
- Now add the thickness of your device once to the width and once to the height.
Example: 42,4 cm x 34,4 cm
- As you can see in the table above the 17" laptop sleeve will be a perfect fit for your device!
Is your size in the list above, but can you not select it when ordering? This means the size your are ordering is out-of-stock. Hopefully you can choose a different product!
Where is my sleeve made?
We are proud to be a 'Made in Holland' brand that stands for top quality. CoverBee Sleeves are carefully hand-crafted especially for you. At the same time we give jobs and opportunities to people who are not as fortunate as others in our society! Because everybody counts.
Can I wash my sleeve? - Take care of me or I'll sting!
You can wash your BeeSleeve observing the instructions on the washing label. Always wash your BeeSleeve seperately and by handwash. Preferably wash inside out. Don't tumble dry and don't iron your lovely BeeSleeve!
Are CoverBee sleeves waterproof?
CoverBee sleeves are certainly water-resistant enough to protect your device from splashes or light rain. But they are not waterproof. We wouldn't recommend you take your sleeve scuba diving though!
Can you close the CoverBee sleeves?
Simplicity is beauty. A CoverBee Classic sleeve has no straps, velcro or clips. Our Classic sleeves are designed for quick & easy removal without those annoying zippers, clips, latches or straps (they have an opening on the side). The CoverBee Zipper collection has ofcourse a zipper on the side.
Exchange & return
We are very proud of the sleeves we make, and we definitely want you to love and be happy with what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied with the quality of the sleeve you bought from us, please return it back to us for an exchange or refund.
We only accept returns if the sleeve is in its original condition. This means that you cannot return it once you have washed or used it. We do not accept returns later than 14 days.
Costs for exchanges
Exchanging items is free. Did you choose the incorrect size or do you prefer another print? No problem. Just ship it back with the returns note below. You are responsible for the fees incurred for the return shipping (from you to CoverBee). We pay the shipment of the new item (from CoverBee to you).
Costs for returns
Do you not want to exchange the product, but your money back? No problem! Just ship it back with the returns note below. You are responsible for the fees incurred for the return shipping (from you to CoverBee). Returning 3 or more items? Than you will be charged 15 percent of the total order value.
Note: Always include the returns note (PDF) when returning items! This shows all your information in regard to the order and provides the fastest processing.

Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as your parcel has reached our warehouse, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any email from us, kindly get in touch with our customer service.
If you have opted for registered postage service, please send us the tracking number when you contact us.
This is how we refund your money
If you return your items, you get the purchase price excluding shipping costs within 30 days returned to the Credit Card, PayPal account or Bank (iDEAL) account you did the payment with. We will let you know via e-mail as soon as your returned goods have arrived.

Is there a procedure for complaints?
Yes, although it is never gets used, we are still proud to have a procedure in place. It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product or service of CoverBee. We feel this is of course very sad. If you are not satisfied, contact us as quickly as possible, so we can look for an appropriate solution with you. You can e-mail to .
