We are very proud of the sleeves we make, and we definitely want you to love and be happy with what you buy from us.
We only accept returns if the sleeve is in its original condition. This means that you cannot return it once you have washed or used it.
We accept returns within 14 days. You can also let us know within 14 days if you want to return an item. You will than have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Order a new item through the website and return the old one.
Ship your order back with the returns note below. You are responsible for the fees incurred for the return shipping (from you to CoverBee).
Note: Always include the returns note (PDF) when returning items! This shows all your information in regard to the order and provides the fastest processing.

Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as your parcel has reached our warehouse, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any email from us, kindly get in touch with our customer service.
If you have opted for registered postage service, please send us the tracking number when you contact us.
This is how we refund your money
If you return your items, you get the purchase price excluding shipping costs within 14 days returned to the Credit Card, PayPal account or Bank (iDEAL) account you did the payment with. We will let you know via e-mail as soon as your returned goods have arrived.
